Architectural redesign, expansion, and reconstruction of Hospiten (Hospital Amerimed) located in the FONATUR district of San José del Cabo. The three-story, 2,200 m² medical facility was redeveloped to accommodate modern healthcare operations, including patient rooms, medical offices, intensive care units, operating rooms, pharmacy, and support facilities. The scope included architectural design of façades, interiors, and finishes, as well as full engineering coordination and construction management.
NOGASA executed the comprehensive rebuilding and upgrading of structural elements, mechanical and electrical systems, telecommunications, medical gas infrastructure, air conditioning, interior partitions, and specialized installations. The result is a modernized healthcare facility designed to support advanced medical services while ensuring efficiency, durability, and functional performance.
